excellent stay in convenient location
spacious roomthoughtful touchesabsent staff
i found the room spacious and well appointed with thoughtful touches. the complimentary minibar offered a selection of soft drinks and the rituals toiletries were a nice addition. i particularly appreciated the efficient service and prompt responses to my inquiries.
the absence of staff at the front desk during my departure caused a slight delay. i had to wait briefly for assistance with my luggage which was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is situated close to all public transport and a beautiful park exists nearby. hotspots are easily accessible by walking bus or tram so many options are available. the hotel's location allows exploration on foot making it a very central location.

The location was acceptable, roughly 15 minutes from the city center.
The AC did not work properly. Staff provided a mobile AC unit, but I had to vent the hot air outside by myself, leaving the window open (it completely defeats the purpose).

the room was lovely and cosy with a canal view it was perfect for the few days we were there the decor was stylish and fresh the bed was super comfy the amenities were a nice touch and having rituals products in the bathroom was an extra bonus we had fresh towels each day and the bed freshly made the hotel is amazing location for access to the tram and bus and a stones throw away from some lovely restaurants the staff were all so accommodating and friendly
the hotel was neat and clean but the air conditioner was not quite working it didn't cool down the room so they had this cooling thing which was super loud i just think when paying that much you would expect to have the facilities like cooling the room and a shower that works and water flows freely and doesn't flood the shower dust is everywhere and cleaning is very poor showerhead was broken

The room had a fridge. This allowed us to enjoy breakfast there. The en suite WAS very good. Heating could be adjusted to what we wanted. A window could be opened for fresh air.
The hallway carpet had some stains, and the hallways did not feel VERY clean.

The location is convenient, situated a short walk from many key areas. Overlooking the canal provided a PERFECT experience each morning. Complimentary mini-fridge drinks proved essential after nights out.

The location was great and offered easy access to many attractions. My room had lovely views of the surrounding area. I also appreciated the thoughtful provision of drinks, coffee and tea.
I found the room to be quite small and space to place luggage was limited. I had difficulty getting to the other side of the bed because of this. I also felt some amenities, like cotton swabs, should have been included given the price.
